FaceClubShop.com is dedicated to providing our customers with the highest level of merchandise and customer service.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within the following guidelines.
Items are refundable within 3 days of the date after  it has been received.  Note: there will be 15% re-stocking fee charged for any returning order . All articles must be returned as you received them.  If your item was damaged or incorrect, include a note explaining the problem in the return package.  Please remember that shipping and handling fee is non-refundable unless you received an incorrect item.  Also, slight variations in appearance do not constitute as an incorrect order.  We have attempted to recreate the appearance of our products on the website as close to reality as possible.  Keep in mind that different computer monitors may show products differently in terms of color and detail.  To return or exchange your item, please follow the instructions included in your package.
